Pahatud, recieved payment bills information input by Pahatud Account Users. Once Pahatud received the payments the transaction will move to bills payment input. Pahatud using third part softward/application to process all bills payment or manually go the to outlet to process Pahatud Customer User Bills Payment Request.

All Bills Payment Request once get paid and once inputed in the third party software/application payment will take 2-3 business days to process.

7. Refund Policy

Once it get processed or encoded in the third party software/application Pahatud cannot refund the amount. Pahatud Account User is responsible for all information entered in the website and request for bills payment.

Pahatud Account User has a right to cancel the bills payment request. But once it get processed Pahatud can't refund the amount. All processed Bills Payment User can only request for ammendment/correction in the biller office.

You may submit material through the Website provided that:
