Simple, visible pricing
Know how the standard commission works
The current standard rate is 15.00% of the eligible food order subtotal. PahatudFood uses this fee to support the marketplace, order technology, customer access, and merchant operations.
Standard formulaEligible food subtotal × 15.00% = PahatudFood commission
Example: ₱1,000 × 15% = ₱150.00 commission. Delivery fees are not part of this example.
Delivery charges
Delivery fees are separate from the eligible food subtotal used in the standard commission example.
Discounts and refunds
Promotions, refunds, cancellations, and other adjustments may change the final settlement amount.
Final commercial terms
Your approved rate, payout schedule, and service coverage are confirmed before activation.
The displayed rate is the platform's current standard merchant commission and is saved with your application for review. Any different negotiated terms must be documented during onboarding.

Does applying create a live merchant account?
No. This form creates an application for review. Approved applicants receive next-step instructions for document verification, account setup, menu preparation, and activation.
Can I offer only pickup or dine-in?
Yes. Select the services that fit your business. PahatudFood will confirm which options can be activated for each location during onboarding.
When will my restaurant appear to customers?
Your storefront goes live only after the application, required documents, location, menu, and operating setup have been reviewed and activated.
How will I know the decision?
You will receive a confirmation after submission and another email after an administrator approves or declines your application.
